For the safety of our staff and customers, our showroom will be closed until further notice. You can still have an appointment with us over video chat or on the phone from the comfort of your own home.

Get in touch with us if you would like to try one of our rings on before purchasing. We will be able to send out a sample of the ring in the post for you to try on and send back to us.

Our staff are working from home where possible. You can still reach us by all the usual methods and browse our rings online. We have a new website on the way very soon.

As the situation develops, we will keep you updated.

FAQs

I had an appointment scheduled, what should I do?

We’re still offering appointments over video chat or on the phone. One of the team will be in touch with you to discuss this.

I had planned to collect my ring from the showroom, is that still possible?

Orders may no longer be collected from our showroom. If you had planned to collect, we will deliver your ring fully insured and free of charge to you (as standard).

How can I book a remote appointment?

Is delivering my ring safe?

There is no current evidence to suggest that the virus can be transmitted from packages. It is understood that these types of viruses don’t survive long on objects such as letters or parcels.

Are deliveries delayed?

Generally, all deliveries are about on track at the moment. There might be slight delays with deliveries as the situation develops.

Can I still receive deliveries if I’m self-isolating?

If you are self-isolating then let us know and we will reschedule your delivery for you.

What extra precautions are you taking?

Before any ring is shipped, they will be deep-cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner. Every member of our team is washing and sanitising their hands throughout the day.

My ring is the wrong size, can I still get it resized?

To be extra safe, we are not accepting rings for resizes at the moment. We will let you know when we make this service available again. And of course, our resizing policy will still be valid.

Can you repair my ring for me?

At the moment, we are not taking on repair jobs. If it is one of our rings that needs repairing, we will let you know when we make this service available again. If the ring is within guarantee, we will repair it free of charge (as standard).
